NTN HEADQUARTERS – A protest organized by a group-no-one-has-ever-heard-of will receive a large front-page headline in tomorrow’s edition of Not The Nation, NTN editors decided tonight.
NTN editors feel the group-no-one-has-ever-heard-of will be glad to see their protest against some issue no one follows covered so prominently with a story no one will understand.
According to our correspondent, the less than 20 members of the group-no-one-has-ever-heard-of all gathered outside government house for 45 minutes today in the hot sun, holding signs and chanting slogans about some issue we can’t recall.
The editors decided that the group’s strong action – not to mention the fact they had reportedly traveled a long distance in a van or on a bus from a northern province we forgot existed – warranted at least 400 words and a large headline with an acronym no reader would recognize.
In addition, to the great relief of the editors, a phone call to our photographer confirmed he had taken a photo of one member of the group-no-one-has-ever-heard-of looking angry and raising a fist. This combination of words and a picture of the group-no-one-has-ever heard-of’s protest about some issue they are clearly passionate about clearly justified putting the story on the front page, the NTN editors unanimously agreed.
