 An investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) into luxury villas on Koh Samui has discovered 93 violations across 24 locations, including construction in environmentally protected areas where building permits are not allowed, as well as possible money laundering of 300 million baht (9.3 million USD) from mysterious foreign accounts.
