Two political activists from Khon Kaen have filed a police complaint against Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra over the contents of a leaked phone recording between her and former Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen, alleging she violated several sections of the Criminal Code—including sedition, abuse of office, dereliction of duty, and breaches of national security, the last of which carries the death penalty if convicted.
