Noble Unveils 8 Square-Meter Condo

MID-SUKHUMVIT – Noble Development PCL announced today a new generation of advanced, eco-friendly, and trendy lifestyle living with its newest block of impossibly small condominiums.

Noble PETRI will be Bangkok’s densest residential area, with 890 units of 8 square meters each in a single building occupying just 1 rai. The building will be located on Sukhumvit Road close to the proposed BTS station at Sukhumvit soi 119.

“Noble PETRI is today’s lifestyle for today’s new values,” explained Nusawit Wattanaporn, marketing director for Noble Development. “Reducing our impact on the earth means reducing our footprint. Noble PETRI takes that to the next level with the smallest footprint of any condominium in human history.”

Designed on principles from the hi-tech world of protozoan laboratory research, Noble PETRI takes the efficiency of bacteria clusters in sugar-agar gel, and adds luxury and style.

The units at Noble PETRI will feature combination bathroom kitchens that will allow residents to eat and defecate at the same seat, thus saving wasted journeys between the two activities. Additionally, the innovative combination living room/bedroom uses a single double mattress as the entire living space floor plan, with a system of reversible “occasion pillows” differentiating between waking and sleeping functions.

Each unit will be priced at just ฿5 million. Those needing more space, such as families with children, can opt for the 3-bedroom, 24 square-meter units, or the 31 square meter penthouse for just ฿20 million. And all residents can enjoy the 3-meter diameter, 30-meter deep Vertical Swimming Pool in the common area.

“Best of all, these many innovations come with a true downtown location,” Nusawit added, referring to the Bangkok Metropolitan Authority’s recent controversial decision to extend the boundaries of “mid-Sukhumvit” to Samut Prakan district, for real estate purposes.

“You’re just a 70-minute BTS ride from Silom,” she said. “What could be more pleasant?”
